19-Year Old Oneonta Man Charged With Rape!

Delaware County Sheriff's Office released information today saying that 19-year old William Hilgers of Oneonta has been charged with raping an acquaintance.  The incident allegedly took place on Monday morning in Davenport, N.Y. and the arrest was made Wednesday afternoon in Davenport, NY.  Hilgers faces several charges including rape in the first degree.  He was taken to the Delaware County jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
