Join us each Saturday morning at 7:00 for our community affairs program "This Week in Central New York."

On this past week's show (October 26):

Leslie Ann interviewed Ian Austin about Halloween events coming up at the Oneonta Teen Center.  The Teen Center is under the auspices of the Friends of Recovery of Otsego and Delaware County.

Eric visited with Jeannie Darling, the executive director of Delaware County Cornell Co-operative Extension, and Heather Morgan, communications director of the Catskill Watershed Agricultural Council.

Roy Bartoo stopped by to tell us about the activities of Trout Unlimited in this, their 50th anniversary year.  The group will be having a big anniversary celebration on Nov. 16.

And Big Chuck wrapped up the show with an interview with Katrina Van Zandt and Jill Basile.  They discuss the longstanding school book project Reading is Fundamental (RIF).  This is a twice-yearly distribution of books to children in schools.
