According to Hulu, Paris Jackson has joined the cast of a movie which is being filmed in Syracuse. Also part of the cast is comedian Margaret Cho who you’ll recognize from "30 Rock," actress Fortune Feimster best known for ”The Mindy Project,” and actress Skai Jackson from Disney’s ”Jessie” among several others.

Filming began last month and is expected to wrap up at the end of this week on the movie, “Sex Appeal.” "Sex Appeal is a teen sex comedy and is being filmed in the Liverpool-based American High which is an indie movie studio housed in a 100,000 square foot high school.

Directed by Talia Osteen, “Sex Appeal” will follow a high school student as she prepares for sex with her long-distance boyfriend however through the course of her preparation for the big event, the teen realizes that she really needs to learn to balance her head with her heart. In an interview with Syracuse.com, Osteen said that she’s thrilled about creating a “sex-positive” teen comedy from a female perspective. “It’s a hilarious, poignant, irreverent, and very current script with a wonderful cast that we put together,” Osteen said.

According to Syracuse.com, American High has been the filming location for several movies over the last handful of years including, “The Night House,” Pete Davidson’s “Big Time Adolescence,” and “Banana Split;” which features Vince Vaughn and from the reviews, looks like a movie about every imaginable form of teenaged debauchery.
