Arrest Made in Chenango County Auto Theft
Chenango County Sheriff Cutting reports that on December 19, 2019 a Town of Plymouth resident was arrested by members of the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office .
Sheriff’s Detectives arrested 58-year old John C. Buffa Sr. of Plymouth following an investigation into a stolen vehicle complaint. It is alleged that Buffa had removed a vehicle from a property where the vehicle was being stored. It was found that Buffa then later sold the vehicle without consent of the owner. A later trial date is being scheduled.
