Brent Cobb Plans Acoustic Winter Tour and Full-Band Shows for 2020

Brent Cobb has unveiled a new string of tour dates, including a series of stripped-down acoustic shows as well as full-band stops. First up, the singer-songwriter will launch his string of acoustic dates, which kicks off on Feb. 21 in Austin, Texas.

Dubbed A Night of Fine Acoustic Country Music with Brent Cobb, the intimate solo tour will take place in seated venues across the country. The show will find Cobb presenting some of his most-beloved hits the way he wrote them, stripped down and with only simple accompaniment. Joining Cobb on the tour will be Nashville-based singer-songwriter Maddie Medley, who recently released her new song, "Coming of Age."

In contrast to the acoustic show, Cobb also has plans to return to the road with his ace lineup of friends and collaborators, Brent Cobb and Them. That tour will take him to stops in Tennessee and Alabama, and will feature performances from Erin Rae.

Most recently, Cobb released a duet with fellow artist and former bill-mate Jade Bird called "Feet Off the Ground." Earlier in 2019, Cobb told The Boot that he and Bird actually wrote the song two years prior to its release, back at the very beginning of their musical friendship.
