Tour announcements have never sounded so good! Chris Janson is the latest country star to announce a new tour post-pandemic.

Chris Janson announced the big news on Wednesday (April 14), stating he will be hitting the open road for the appropriately-titled Back At It Tour. The tour kicks off mid-month and will continue through the rest of the year. The tour includes a handful of dates that were already set in stone.

Sadly, there are no Minnesota tour stops this time around. However, there are two Wisconsin tour dates that aren't too far away if you are in the mood for a road trip!

The first Wisconsin tour stop is just a few hours away from the Twin Ports in Eau Claire. He will be opening for Chris Young at Country Jam U.S.A. on Friday, July 16th. You can get ticket details for the festival online here, with prices varying depending on what type of tickets you want.

On Saturday, July 17th, the country star will be headlining a show at the Fon du Lac County Fair. Tickets are on sale now, with prices ranging from $25 to $75 for the VIP package. Doors open at 6 p.m .with the show starting at 8 p.m. This show is a bit further away but definitely a good distance for a weekend road trip.

More dates will be added in the near future, according to Chris and his team. We all know what a good show he puts on. He headlined a show at Bayfront Festival Park back in summer of 2019. He was full of energy and had everyone on their feet from the start!

By the way, Ken and I were lucky enough to get to talk to him before he came to Duluth. If you missed that interview back in the day, you can watch it below. In the meantime, my fingers are crossed he comes back sometime in the future!
