We all got sad news last Friday when we found out Cody Johnson was sick and was going to have to cancel his show Friday night at the Horseshoe and Saturday night in Amarillo. He told everyone in a social media post that he would reschedule the show as soon as possible. He kept his word and it didn't take long for his team to work out the details.

Here is the official statement:

Cody Johnson was scheduled to play the Horseshoe Amphitheater to a sold-out crowd on Friday, April 22, 2022. After receiving medical attention in Midland for a sore throat and congestion, it became apparent that he would not be capable of delivering his passionate, power-packed performance to his fans. Cody released a video stating “I hope you guys understand how much this job means to me and how much I feel I am letting you down.”

The great news is this sold-out concert is rescheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.  Your original ticket for the April 22nd date will be honored on August 4th. Anyone who purchased a ticket(s) and is unable to attend the rescheduled concert may receive a full refund by logging onto to shttps://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help2.jsp or e mail trogers@mcounty.com or by calling 432-682-1300. Refunds will be granted until 4 p.m. May 12, 2022.
