Deliberations Have Begun In Callahan Murder Trial
The jury has begun deliberations in the Casey Callahan murder trial. Closing statements were given Thursday and the jury met for about three hours without reaching a verdict but did ask to have testimony re-read from three witnesses.
Callahan who is a former Unadilla resident is accused of killing his wife by running her over with a semi-truck at a Pennsylvania gas station. He is also serving a 12 ½-year sentence for a 2008 criminal sexual act.
