In the first clip from 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,' Katniss Everdeen learns a valuable lesson about helping those in need. Boy, it's difficult to not imagine Mr. Rogers (R.I.P.) or some Disney Channel host voicing an introduction to the newly released footage. But, in all seriousness, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) is dealing with some pretty intense issues for a teenager.

She and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) have just come off of their win in The Hunger Games, returning to their home in Panem's District 12. However, it's no fun and games for the Girl on Fire, who's dealing with PTSD and grappling with the idea of leaving everything and everyone behind. Thankfully, as we see in the first 'Catching Fire' clip, Liam Hemsworth's Gale, Katniss' friend who's secretly crushing on her, is there to help put things in perspective.

Hasn't she heard of 'Star Trek'? "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few."

'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' sees Katniss and Peeta embark on a victory tour across the country in celebration of their win in the arena. However, when the psychotic and tyrannical President Snow (Donald Sutherland) sees a rebellion sparking among the districts, he sets to snuff out its symbol of hope, the Girl on Fire, by throwing her back in the gladiatorial arena with a pool of tributes who are all past victors of The Hunger Games.

'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' will be released in theaters on November 22.
