Upstate New York found itself in front of the eyes of the world on Tuesday night as Binghamton native, Alyssa Crosby, captivated audiences on NBC's The Voice during the second week of blind auditions.

The 32-year-old performer took to the stage with a stirring rendition of Alanis Morissette's "Hand In My Pocket," aiming to entice one of the celebrity judges to turn their chair and welcome her onto their team. And success came her way when one of them did just that!

Among the star-studded panel of judges for this season of The Voice are Dan + Shay, Chance the Rapper, John Legend, and the iconic Reba McEntire. While Alyssa's vocals garnered praise from John Legend and Dan + Shay, it was country music legend Reba McEntire who recognized her talent and hit the button to welcome Alyssa onto her team.

Famous Singers from The Voice, Then + Now

Ten years (and counting) made a huge difference for many of the most popular singers and stars of The VoiceBlake Shelton looks noticeably different, but so do some of country music's most memorable performers.

Winners like Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery wore baby faces when they auditioned during their respective seasons. The same can be said for Morgan Wallen, a forgotten castmember from the show who's transformed more than anyone else on this list of The Voice stars then and now.

A Timeline of Dan + Shay's History on 'The Voice'

Dan + Shay will join The Voice as the show's first-ever coaching duo for Season 25. The pair will bring more country influence to the reality singing competition series as they sit next to Reba McEntire in the iconic red chairs in 2024 (Chance the Rapper and John Legend will also serve as coaches). It's not the country duo's first go-round with The Voice. Far from it, actually — Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney have appeared on the show on more than one occasion!
