If you want to support our local farmers and load up on some of the best produce around, this will be come as good news.  Two local farmers markets have created an  an online ordering service complete with curbside pick-up featuring some of the areas best produce, meats, syrups and other goods.

According to News Channel 13, two area farmers markets have launched their online farmers market.  The Washington Park Farmers Market and Guilderland Farmers Market have teamed up with the local farms to offer everything from produce to meats to syrups and various other locally sourced products and goods.

The first day of pick up will be on Sunday, April 26th starting at noon at Star Plaza, Guidlerland.

At publication time, the Guilderland Farmers Market had products from Wild Hill Maple, Slingerland Family Farm and Magic Forest Farms with many more to be added.

According to the Washington Park Farmers Market Facebook, even if you're not currently a vendor, you may still participate.  Artists, crafters, farmers, distilleries, hot food vendors, etc. are all invited and should contact Scott Abraham at 949.973.8785 for questions and what is needed to sign up.
