Many Cows Dead; Others Rescued in Otsego Barn

Here is a notice just posted on the Otsego County Sheriffs Facebook page.  How tragic!

Sheriff Richard Devlin reports the Sheriff’s Office along with the Susquehanna SPCA is investigating an animal cruelty situation in the Town of Maryland.  Deputies located approximately two dozen dead cattle in a barn and another 30 head in poor condition late yesterday afternoon.  This is an on going investigation.
