Midland have postponed a string of UK tour dates, which was set to kick off on Dec. 2, due to a medical emergency following the birth of bandmate Mark Wystrach's baby daughter, Sunny Leon. In an Instagram post, Big Machine UK explains that the country trio is planning to reschedule the canceled tour dates as soon as they can.

"The band are all incredibly saddened to delay their tour but are working hard to reschedule for 2020," the post explains, adding that Wystrach and his wife, Ty Haney, will provide an update about their family when more information becomes available.

An Instagram story on Midland's account adds that they're expecting Wystrach's baby to be okay. "His daughter is expected to make a full recovery, but Mark is unable to be away from home until that happens," they add. "Mark and Ty will share more info when they feel comfortable. Further information on the rescheduled dates and refund details if unable to attend will be released next week."

Wystrach and Haney announced that they were expecting a baby girl back in July of 2019. "I am beyond thrilled to be welcoming a girl, particularly since there are more strong women breaking barriers today than ever before," explained Haney, who is the founder and CEO of activewear brand Outdoor Voices, at the time.

"It's the most exciting thing that has happened in my life," added Wystrach after the couple announced Haney's pregnancy. "Talk about something that makes you really take a step back and truthfully assess who you are and who you wanna be for this young little one. We're thrilled and terrified to go through this beautiful, life-changing experience and start a little beautiful family together."
