Mt Upton Man Held After Violating Court Order of Protection
State Police from Sidney arrested Bryan W. Ohara, 37, of Mt Upton last week for criminal contempt.
The arrested occurred in Bainbridge after police responded to a report that Ohara was violating a court order of protection. An investigation seemed to determine that he had made unwanted contact with the individual under court-ordered protection.
Ohara was arraigned in the town of Guilford Court and sent to jail on $30,000 cash bail or $100,000 secured bond.
