Norwich Emergency Management Director Jones to Retire

City of Norwich Emergency Management Director A. Wesley Jones is retiring mid April.

According to the Evening Sun newspaper, Jones joined the City as the Assistant Emergency Management Officer in 1995 and two years later, he took the position of Director of Emergency Management. serving the city of Norwich for a total of 26 years.
