Norwich Traffic Stop Leads to Felony Arrests

A traffic stop Tuesday in Norwich ends up with two people arrested on felony drug charges. Police say they stopped a pickup truck traveling north bound on State Hwy 12 and officers called in a K-9 team after an investigation determined drug activity was present. The K-9 found heroin which was believed to be mixed with fentanyl. Officers also found over $1,900 in cash. Uysef H. Guzman of Pennsylvania and Heather Prince of Norwich were booked into jail on $20,000 cash bail each.
