Oneonta Man Arrested After Local McDonalds Incident

On September 29, 2014, State Police at Oneonta arrested 29 year old Rashid Oliver, of Oneonta, NY for Criminal Trespass 3^rd degree. This arrest occurred after a Trooper responded to a trespass complaint at the McDonald's restaurant on Chestnut Street in Oneonta, NY. An investigation determined that Oliver had entered the restaurant, after being told not too on a prior date by the manager, and was disorderly. He was issued a ticket returnable in the Town of Oneonta Court on October 7.
