Oneonta Shooting Threat Quashed

A message posted on Facebook last week that predicted a mass shooting in Oneonta, NY on the 4th of July was investigated by local, state, and federal authorities. A man in Georgia last week posted the message saying violence would break out after the Oneonta Outlaws baseball game by ISIS type terrorists who would slaughter innocent civilians with AK-47’s before eventually blowing themselves up with suicide vests. The man was contacted and the threat was deemed not credible.
