Open House

Nice event last Friday. The Chenango County Child Advocacy Center held an open house at their new facility on Silver St. in Norwich.  Many luminaries in attendance, including our own Jim Sargent, who even was called upon to say a few words.  We also appreciate the nice plaque they presented to WBKT for helping them out.
