
Oxford Woman Arrested on Narcotics Charges
The City of Oneonta Police Department have arrested an Oxford woman on narcotics charges.
Janice A. Vaugh-Young, 45, has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a Class B felony. The charges came after an investigation into the theft of narcotic drugs from a health care facility.
Vaugh-Young was arraigned in the City of Oneonta Court and released on her own recognizance to appear at a later date.
The New York State Department of Health Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement assisted in the investigation.
