Nashville singer-songwriter Shannon LaBrie traveled to an historic Colorado hotel for a special performance of her new holiday song "Home From Anywhere." Press play above to watch the clip, premiering exclusively on The Boot.

LaBrie's "Home From Anywhere" performance takes place at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colo.; she's playing an antique piano owned by the hotel's original owner, Flora Stanley. According to LaBrie, the hotel is known for its visits from "spirits," and Flora's is represented by a blue orb, which the artist says makes an appearance in the video: Look closely and you'll see it as LaBrie begins singing.

"Home From Anywhere" is a perfect song for anyone who's looking forward to getting back home for the holidays. LaBrie wrote it from a truly personal place, too. "When I sing it, I’m instantly transported back to the home I grew up in," she says.

"I can see my Dad, I can hear my Mom, I can feel all those warm feelings that I was lucky enough to experience as a kid," LaBrie tells The Boot. "What’s more Christmas-y than that? Hopefully, it will transport you, too!"

"Home From Anywhere" is the title track of LaBrie's new holiday-themed EP, which was released on Nov. 15 via Moraine Records / LaBrie Records. The EP also includes her ethereal takes on holiday classics including "Silver Bells" and "I'll Be Home for Christmas"

"This year, I was feeling particularly sentimental about home and felt the urge to lay down another holiday project with a different spin on it," LaBrie reflects. "I’ve recently been getting back to my Nebraska roots and rediscovering who I am today and who I was back then. A huge part of this experience has been remembering childhood Christmas, out on the country acreage where I grew up."
