Some Inmate Visitation to Resume at Chenango Jail
Modified inmate visitation at Chenango County correctional facility will begin on Saturday. Visitors are encouraged to call and make an appointment. Visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday during normal lobby hours. Visitation will be on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY.
Two (2) Visitors will be allowed per inmate. Visitation will be 30 minutes in duration and will be non-contact In accordance with CDC and local health department recommendations, all visitors and inmates will be required to wear a face mask at all times while in the facility and during the entire visit and must submit to pre- entry screening. All other visitation rules and regulations will still apply.
