Stephen King fans are anxiously awaiting the release of "Doctor Sleep," the sequel to the 1977 best seller "The Shining."  The book is scheduled for release in September, but publisher Simon and Schuster has released a teaser trailer.

I have been a fan of King, one of my closest friends, since I first read "Carrie."  Ok, so I've never talked to the man in my life.  But when I lived in Bangor, Maine, my apartment was only about 200 yards from his bat fence surrounded mansion. Oh, and he now owns the very first radio station I ever worked at, WDME, part of his Zone  Radio Company.  If those two things don't make us friends, I don't know what does.

Seriously, in case anybody cares, my two favorite King books are "November 22, 1963," and "Under The Dome."  Can't wait for more "REDRUM," though.
