This week, the Senate Agriculture Committee passed what might be my favorite legislation of all time. It would allow the sale of ice cream made with BEER and HARD CIDER!

"Fizzy" and "swelling" yogurt has led Chobani to pull some of its products off the shelves.  The defect is a result of a type of mold commonly found in dairy.
