Chenango Memorial Hospital To Give Presentation on Breast Health

Early detection can make all the difference when it comes to the most common cancer among women, breast cancer. Physician Assistant Alyssa Macintosh will speak on the subject of breast health in a free presentation Monday, October 8th at 7 P.M. at the Bohemian Moon restaurant on West Main St. in Norwich. The event is part of the hospital's 2018 Women's Health series, a program of informed conversations about women's health held the second Monday of each month.

The presentation by P.A. Macintosh will cover a number of aspects of breast health, including anatomy, implications of genetics on breast health, the importance of screenings, abnormalities, and much more. She will be joined by guests from UHS Diagnostic Imaging and the Chenango Health Network.
