Walton Woman Arrested on Three Charges

State Police at Sidney arrested a Walton woman Tuesday on three charges.

Melissa J. Brannock, 24, was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.

The arrest resulted from an investigation into a dispute on County Road 21 in the Town of Walton. Brannock was arraigned in the Town of Walton court and released. She is scheduled to reappear in court July 24.
