COVID-19 confirmed cases are climbing in Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties according to Delaware County Public Health and the New York State Department of Health's COVID-19 Tracker.

As of yesterday afternoon, Delaware County reported a total of 59 confirmed coronavirus cases. In Chenango County, cases are up to 73 and the most recent update from the Otsego County Department of Health is from April 15 when they  reported 47 total COVID-19 cases.

In New York State, there are currently 222,284 cases of confirmed COVID-19 with 8505 new cases confirmed statewide yesterday.

Please note that the number of confirmed cases does not reflect the actual number of cases because of limited testing for the virus.
