Do I Need to Be Vaccinated Or Wear a Face Mask at FrogFest 32

FrogFest 32 may be a year late but it IS happening this year. The annual outdoor summer festival was canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus. It will be held on September 18, but what are the COVID restrictions?

All safety protocols set by the New York State Health Department and local government will be followed for FrogFest 32 at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds.

Do I Need To Be Vaccinated

No. Pursuant to New York State COVID-19 updated guidelines vaccinations and/or negative COVID tests are not required to enter FrogFest 32.

Do I Need To Wear a Mask

Face masks are not required for anyone who is vaccinated. Keep in mind, you will be among a large crowd of people, and may want to consider wearing a mask for extra protection. State guidelines DO require all non-vaccinated people to wear face coverings.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) suggests in areas with high numbers of COVID-19 cases, everyone considers wearing a mask in crowded outdoor settings and for activities with close contact with others who are not fully vaccinated.

We ask that if you test positive or have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 that you stay home.

All food in the VIP tent will be served to you. Any food that a number of people would be touching has been excluded this year.

We want to make sure everyone enjoys FrogFest 32 at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds on September 18, starring the Eli Young Band, in a safe way.
