Judge Steps Into Tenney/Brindisi Congressional Race

Now the latest in the protracted 22nd District Congressional race between incumbent Anthony Brindisi and Claudia Tenney. On Tuesday a Supreme Court Judge ordered elections officials in all 8 counties that comprise the district to fix their errors and continue counting ballots. If a county can not fix their errors, they must recanvass. One of those errors was the discovery in Chenango County of 55 uncounted ballots. A deadline was not set.
