Meet the Susquehanna SPCA “Pet of the Week” – his name is “Buster”. Every Tuesday morning on Classic Hits 103.1fm, Allison Hungerford, licensed Vet Tech at the Susquehanna SPCA, will tell us all about a special dog or cat at the shelter looking for its forever home which has been overlooked by visitors for some reason. Many times, it's because many animals are shy while in the shelter because it can be a stressful situation! Once adopted, many cats and dogs warm right up to their owners.

This week we are going to feature Buster, a 7-year-old male Retriever mix who is ready to find his forever family. Buster is yet another volunteer and staff favorite! This sweet guy is very people oriented and would happily join you on all of your adventures. He loves riding in the car, going for walks, and would even enjoy snuggling on the couch with his people. Buster really likes to be the one and only pet in his family's home, but he provides all the companionship his new family would need in a four-legged best friend! This handsome boy is completely housebroken and crate trained.

To meet Buster or any of the other adoptable dogs and cats, give the SQSPCA a call at 607-547-8111 to schedule a time to visit for convenience and for more personal attention from staff, although walk-ins are welcome.
